►Our refund policies do not apply to "custom orders". They have been personalized to your specific needs. We also do not refund anything made from silver or gold. It's too valuable of a medium◄
We would be happy to refund/reimburse/exchange your order IF:
1. You mail it back within 2 weeks of receiving your order in the mail.
2. It is in the same good condition as it was sent.
Lost in the mail:
All of our orders are sent with tracking. We can not refund or replace your order if USPS says it was delivered to the address given.
► Return postage costs will not be refunded. ◄
►When exchanging for something of greater value the difference must be paid in full before your new item can be shipped.
If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value we will refund the difference to you and get your new item in the mail ASAP◄
